A little help please for affiliates

Hi everyone, can anyone explain to me about affiliates. I want to master the magic affiliates, I know money talks here. I heard about chitika, clickbank but not familiar with them. Most of the affiliate sites use ClickBank. Below are my questions.

1. Do I need to have credit card in order to have a ClickBank account?
2. How can I get my money earnings on ClickBank, like PayPal you can withdraw it to your Credit Card or Debit Card or Bank. Is it the same way?
3. Does they only allow US cards? I have some friends live in other country who is interested too..
